Recommended touchpoints
- Welcome email: sent upon enrollment with login instructions and getting-started guidance.
- Password setup reminder sequence: follow-up reminders at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days for users who have not set their password.
- Nudge emails: triggered by inactivity or incomplete course progress.
- Progress emails: milestone notifications (50% complete, almost done, and so on).
- Certificate or completion email (Enterprise): sent upon course completion with the certificate link.
How to wire these up
Each email is sent from a contact-based workflow triggered by the relevant property change or activity. For example, a "lesson completion" activity (Enterprise) can branch into a progress email; a "Hub LMS Access = Yes" property change with no password set within 24 hours triggers the password reminder.
