When a user successfully completes a course that includes a final exam and passes it, their MyCourse record is updated to reflect certification status. HubLMS uses a dedicated certificate page template in your HubSpot website pages. This page is dynamic and, when accessed by a user, pulls specific data from their MyCourse record and the associated HubLMS Course record. The certificate typically displays the user's name, the course name, and the date of certification. This certificate is linked to the MyCourse object and can be downloaded or shared. The design and placement of text on the certificate page can be customized.
