Pre-launch testing checklist for HubLMS

Before you launch, verify access, enrollment workflows, page URLs, mobile responsiveness, and tier-specific features (quizzes, exams, certificates for Enterprise).

Universal checklist (Pro and Enterprise)

Verify all team members have Hub LMS Access = Yes and Role = Admin on their contact records.
Test the full user journey: registration, login, dashboard, course listing, course start, lesson completion.
Verify course visibility settings are correct (Public vs. Enrolled vs. Requires Access).
Test enrollment workflows end-to-end (form submission or payment grants access).
Confirm unenrolled users cannot see Enrolled Access courses.
Test on mobile for responsiveness.
Check all page URLs are correct in course records.
Verify the course listing page filters (type/tag) are working.

Additional Enterprise checks

Verify quiz and exam logic, including attempt limits and pass thresholds.
Verify certificate generation with correct dynamic fields.
Verify CE/CPE credit fields (if applicable).
