Automate Course Enrollment via Form

Create a contact-based blank workflow in HubSpot Automations > Workflows.
Name your workflow clearly.
Set the workflow trigger based on criteria being met.
Use a form submission as the trigger, or a specific contact property like "Last course to enroll access name" being set with the desired course name.
The action in the workflow will be to associate the contact with the specific HubLMS Course object.
Use the "Associate" action, selecting the HubLMS Course object and the label "enrolled".
Optionally, clear the property used for triggering (e.g., "Last course to enroll access name") after the association is made so it can be used again.
Review and publish the workflow.
