Design Course Access Landing Pages
Learn how to create landing pages with forms for users to request access to your HubLMS portal or individual courses.
- Navigate to Content > Website Pages > Landing Pages in HubSpot.
- Click "start from scratch" or choose a template. You can change your theme if needed.
- Name your landing page (e.g., "Academy Access" or a specific course name).
- Design the page, focusing on conversion by keeping it simple and prominently featuring a form.
- Create a new form in HubSpot or edit an existing one.
- Add necessary contact properties to the form (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email).
- For specific course access pages, include a hidden form field linked to a contact property like "Last course to enroll access name", pre-filling it with the exact course name.
- Configure form options, such as the "Thank you message" displayed after submission. Recommend telling users to check their email to set their password.
- Publish the form.
- On your landing page, add or edit the form module and select the form you just created/edited.
- Customize the form button text (e.g., "Request Access").
- Publish your landing page.
- This landing page can be used as the "Request access URL" for courses with "Enrolled Access" visibility in the course catalog.
- Form submissions can trigger workflows to automate user enrollment. You could also integrate a payment link/step into the process.
