Design Course Access Landing Pages

Learn how to create landing pages with forms for users to request access to your HubLMS portal or individual courses.

  1. Navigate to Content > Website Pages > Landing Pages in HubSpot.
  2. Click "start from scratch" or choose a template. You can change your theme if needed.
  3. Name your landing page (e.g., "Academy Access" or a specific course name).
  4. Design the page, focusing on conversion by keeping it simple and prominently featuring a form.
  5. Create a new form in HubSpot or edit an existing one.
  6. Add necessary contact properties to the form (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email).
  7. For specific course access pages, include a hidden form field linked to a contact property like "Last course to enroll access name", pre-filling it with the exact course name.
  8. Configure form options, such as the "Thank you message" displayed after submission. Recommend telling users to check their email to set their password.
  9. Publish the form.
  10. On your landing page, add or edit the form module and select the form you just created/edited.
  11. Customize the form button text (e.g., "Request Access").
  12. Publish your landing page.
  13. This landing page can be used as the "Request access URL" for courses with "Enrolled Access" visibility in the course catalog.
  14. Form submissions can trigger workflows to automate user enrollment. You could also integrate a payment link/step into the process.
